Collect and buy · Invoice collection
You top up €300 and send us the overdue invoices as they pile up. We contact the debtor by letter, email, SMS and phone call, in your company's name, and only what gets used comes off the balance.
You pay by card and we get to work. If you'd like to clear something up first, message us on WhatsApp or join a meeting with our assistant.

The balance is drawn down per contact made: letter €1.80, email €0.05, SMS €0.08 and a call by a human operator €1.90 per minute. When it runs out you top up again — no monthly fee and no lock-in. VAT is added at the legal rate.
How it works
Which channels to use, how often, and in what tone. You can change all of it later.
One by one or in bulk: company, amount, due date and invoice number.
Letter, email, SMS and call, in the order you set, until there's an answer or a payment.
A dated record of every contact. The moment the client pays, you tell us and it stops the same day.
In the name of honesty
This is friendly collection, not litigation: we don't go to court, we don't seize anything and we don't threaten anyone. What we do is keep asking, politely, across several channels and without missing a beat — which is what recovers most forgotten invoices. We also don't promise a recovery rate: it depends on how old the debt is and whether the debtor has money. If the company is insolvent, a letter won't fix it.
Frequently asked questions
Your company's. The letter carries your logo, the email goes out with your name, and the operator says they're calling on your behalf. The debtor never knows someone else is handling it — which is what matters for keeping the commercial relationship intact.
You tell us and it stops the same day. Whatever wasn't used stays on the balance.
That's why the word is «friendly». The first contact assumes it was an oversight and offers a way out; only later does the tone firm up, and even then without threats. In most cases the invoice gets paid on the first or second nudge.
After we've worked together for a while, yes: we can agree a commission on what's actually recovered, typically between 10% and 20%. We start with a balance because that's the model where nobody is betting blind.
12 months. When it runs out you top up whenever you want, with no monthly fee.
No. We work business to business only, where the rules on collection are far simpler.
